69. Action groups should use leaderless guerrilla actions, otherwise successes remain small.

Past guerrilla actions were mostly planned and controlled by a central leadership. Actions were used to prepare that the army (also centrally guided) could strike a decisive hit. Power remained in the hands of higher placed people and common people were ordered to act even when they did not agree with an action.
A people’s guerrilla is not built on leaders but on great ideas and principles. The 1% have to be pressured and the 99% should hardly be damaged. Many small autonomous groups disturb hostile top leaders, inspired by the leading idea that we are the 99% and they are the 1% who have always a much better life than the 99%.

Such a Guerrilla War is different from the Syrian War in which half a million 99% are killed, two million are wounded and many more fleeing away. There are no actions against the 1%. The 1% only profit and are not damaged by the war. The 99% fight with their own kind and the 1% order the killings. That is wrong.

The 99% should start to pressure the 1% by disturbing their private life
I give a small example.
The 1% often have very expensive cars the 99% never can buy.  A  multitude of small actions against such cars only hurts the 1%. In this way we prevent that such exclusive cars are produced, sold or used.

Expensive cars can easily be damaged by small iron instruments, some paint or by small demonstrations. It is even possible to hack the electronic system and the car cannot be used anymore. Be creative and you find many more methods to prevent the use of such cars. The same can be done against any product that only can be used by the 1% because they are too expensive for common people. In the end the 1% realise they become isolated and cannot pressure anymore the 99% because money becomes less and less important when you cannot spend it.

Such actions do not need a central leadership. The 99% can think themselves. It is part of the idea that change only occurs when the money-grabbing 1% are creatively disturbed in their exclusive life. All objects that cannot be used by people who cannot spend more than 200.000 euro in one year become targets. It is a step towards a society without a ruling and dominating 1% who are now never pressured.

Action methods should be changed. We do not need big organisations but only small leaderless Autonomous Clubs that pressure any leader who in the first place works for the benefit of the own privileged group.

About Joost van Steenis

My latest book "How to make Revolution, developing the Fourth People's Power", can be downloaded for free from my site http://members.chello.nl/jsteenis. It contains new ideas how to take the money and power away from the most powerful people, the elite. It strives to get a new society in which not money is the pivotal point of all discussions but the idea that all people have the same status. New action means are introduced to reach this paradigm shift (a revolution) that concentrate on direct actions in the living sphere of the elite.
