75. Action targets should be all things that people who cannot spend 200.000 euro in one year could not get.

Actions should be motivated by the idea that money and not the life of the 99% is the prime argument in decisions. You can live excellent when you can spend each year 200.000 euro but now some people get much more while many people often have an empty purse. Actions should prevent the use of extremely expensive things that only can be obtained by people with very high incomes.
Many people are dissatisfied. In elections they vote for populist parties and not anymore for traditional parties that promote higher incomes for the top of society. Some people still demonstrate even when results are hardly positive. Such actions do not intrude in the heads of leaders. In actions the 99% are often damaged while the 1% are hardly pressured. Money continues to rule our life. The 1% and their political, industrial, financial, military etc. servants grab still more money. What people now do is not sufficient, they should become privately active with a different kind of actions..

Populist parties do not attack the power. They do not force people at the top to make their excessive incomes smaller. The 1% take decisions in backrooms where we are not allowed to enter. They care for it that people with money get still more money – what happens to common people is not important. The 1% are not pressured at all.

That changes when common people develop new actions that prevent that the selfish leading classes can use their surplus money. Therefore we should make anything that can only be used by the top an action target. That undermines the money-factor, the reason for one-sided decisions that in the first place benefit the top.

To get a better and more honest society the 99% have to become active in the right way. Many small actions that prevent the 1% to spend their money lead to change. We must not carry out actions on advice of leaders of political organisations but decide ourselves what we can do against the greed at the top of the world, against the asocial 1%.

A car that costs more than half a million, a house that costs millions or a family that is being served by ten servants should not exist. We can prevent that anyone can use these extravagant items. Then we take a step in the direction of a world without a 1%, a world in which the 99% decide and not a few extreme wealthy people at the top.

About Joost van Steenis

My latest book "How to make Revolution, developing the Fourth People's Power", can be downloaded for free from my site http://members.chello.nl/jsteenis. It contains new ideas how to take the money and power away from the most powerful people, the elite. It strives to get a new society in which not money is the pivotal point of all discussions but the idea that all people have the same status. New action means are introduced to reach this paradigm shift (a revolution) that concentrate on direct actions in the living sphere of the elite.
