During sixty years I took part, saw and read about thousands of actions.
Not many people over thirty are still activist because of two points:
In the first place actions did not have much success.
In the second place nearly always only the 99% was damaged.
That must change.
Sometimes some buildings were damaged where decisions seemed to be taken. But the 1% and their political, industrial, military, financial, etc. servants who take decisions that are disadvantageous for the 99% are hardly ever attacked.
Why take most actions place in the world of the 99%? Why are there hardly actions in the world of the comfortable living decision-takers?
Why are the 1% and their servants not confronted with actions in their living situation? They take decisions that influence the private life of the 99% without any opposing action of the 99%. We are only active in the centre of cities where the 1% are not present and sometimes have fights with the police who also belong to the 99%.
In this way we never get a better society without a 1%.
Many activists are too much influenced by action leaders who want to climb up to the ranks of the servants of the 1%. These action leaders think that for some change it is sufficient to cry out loud their opposition to certain bad decisions. Fighting with the police or a few stones through the windows of expensive shops also does not give much change.
The results of actions are disappointing, there are hardly successes.
After a few years most activists have stopped being activists.
We should start to pressure decision-takers by penetrating in their private world and make them clear that we want change. Now they penetrate without any resistance in our private world.
When decisions do not change we should again pressure the same decision-takers till they take decisions that are beneficial for us, the 99%.
Attacking the 1% and their servants is a new culture of resistance that will change the world of the 99%. Our world is now secondary to the extravagant world of the 1%. Then all people will get the same status and decisions will benefit all people and not only the few people who are already very much privileged, the 1% and their servants.
Actions based on what is wrong should be replaced by actions based on who is wrong.
When we continue the present kind of mostly unsuccessful actions the 1% continue to rule and we remain secondary citizens.
